As part of an experimental immersive theater event made of several rooms put on by art collective The Copy Cat Theater, I created this piece.

My room was the final destination through a maze of other installations.

It was constructed out of lights, gels, sheer white fabric, 2 tons of beach sand. Throughout the 2 week event, I led over 600 visitors into the space. where they heard music I developed with sound musician John Somers, inspired by Sun Ra and the beach at dusk.

Rooms Play was an interactive performance project in Baltimore put on in 2010 by the Copy Cat Theater and in 2011 and 2013 in collaboration with the Transmodern Festival.
